"Let's Stand Together Against Bullying"

Under the title "Let's Stand Together Against Bullying" the Women's Legal and Psychological Counseling and Support Center of the Enlightenment Forum, in cooperation with the Yafa Cultural Center, organized an awareness workshop on bullying targeting a large number of women. During the workshop, psychologist Abeer Sharaf provided a definition of bullying, its forms, causes, and psychological effects on individuals and society. The participating women were guided and taught skills on how to deal with and confront this dangerous phenomenon and how to manage family members who might be victims or perpetrators of bullying. Sharaf emphasized the importance of psychological support and boosting self-confidence in our children to prevent bullying. At the end of the session, a discussion was opened, where participants shared their stories and experiences, encouraging them to speak out and take steps to combat bullying. The participants affirmed the importance of continuing these workshops due to their clear impact on awareness and protection.
